Este funcionario señaló que sus esfuerzos se dirigen contra “actividades que cumplen con la definición de terrorismo: asesinatos, secuestros, amenazas contra instalaciones y fuerzas del orden, así como ataques a la infraestructura crítica, al personal militar y a la población civil”.
